Glocal Junction stands as a benchmark in executing heavy-duty, large-format commercial hospitality interiors with an authentic brutalist-industrial aesthetic.
The project required extensive structural steel fabrication and raw architectural finishing. Key contractor deliverables included erecting a two-story glass-and-steel facade, anchoring an intricate Victorian cast-iron spiral staircase, suspending an expansive multi-tier liquor cage gantry over the central bar, and cladding massive columns in custom 3D geometric concrete tiles. The open-plenum layout integrates heavy commercial HVAC, fire suppression, and concert-grade stage rigging alongside bespoke wireframe furniture and oversized steel-mesh chandeliers.
