Sigree Global Grill demonstrates our capability to execute high-volume, equipment-heavy hospitality environments without compromising on architectural finish and atmospheric warmth.
Unlike standard casual dining, this space demanded dual-focus engineering: a central, high-capacity buffet line and decentralized tabletop grilling. We custom-built the extensive food-service counters to seamlessly conceal refrigeration units and hot-holds beneath heavy-duty solid surface tops, set against a backdrop of rich architectural timber paneling. Out on the dining floor, every solid-wood table was specifically fabricated with a heat-resistant central cavity to safely accommodate live charcoal grills. To visually anchor the massive, open floorplan, we constructed a striking overhead canopy of flush-mounted circular light boxes, while utilizing exposed brick feature walls and high-wear wood-look flooring designed to endure constant movement and heavy foot traffic.
